1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, utilizing the enterprise AI solutions and bespoke software provided by GraniteAi (“we,” “our,” or “us”), or creating an account on The Quarry community platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or register for an account.

2. Services

GraniteAi provides two categories of services:

• Enterprise Services: Enterprise AI solutions, custom software development, and AI consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between us and the client.
• The Quarry Community Platform: A community platform available at graniteai.co/community that provides real-time chat, direct messaging, posts, member profiles, skill tags, project boards, certification tracking, build logs, workshops, and an AI chat assistant. The Quarry is open to registration via Google Sign-In.

3. Community Membership and Conduct

By registering for The Quarry, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and constructive manner. The following are prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of other members
• Hate speech, discriminatory language, or content that promotes violence
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, or repetitive self-promotion
• Impersonation of other members, staff, or public figures
• Sharing malware, phishing links, or other malicious content
• Posting content that is illegal or violates the rights of others

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access for members who violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or share on The Quarry (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant GraniteAi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any content posted by members. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove User Content that violates these Terms, our community guidelines, or applicable law.

5. AI Assistant Disclaimer

The Quarry includes an AI chat assistant that can answer questions and provide information. Responses generated by the AI assistant are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice. You should independently verify any information provided by the AI assistant before acting on it. GraniteAi is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

6. Intellectual Property

For enterprise engagements, ownership of intellectual property (IP) developed during an engagement is defined on a per-engagement basis within the relevant SOW or MSA. We offer various models ranging from full IP transfer to perpetual licensing of GraniteAi core components.

Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, all materials on this website and the platform—including but not limited to design, branding, code, and documentation—remain the property of GraniteAi.

7. Confidentiality

For enterprise engagements, both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of a business relationship, including business processes, technical specifications, and proprietary data.

Direct messages and private communications on The Quarry are treated as private between participants. However, we may review private communications if required by law or if we have reasonable grounds to believe a violation of these Terms has occurred.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your community account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Service, including the community conduct guidelines. Where practical, we will provide notice and an explanation, but we reserve the right to act immediately in cases of severe or repeated violations.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, your profile information will be removed, though some User Content may persist in chat histories or shared threads.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GraniteAi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services—including both enterprise engagements and The Quarry community platform—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to The Quarry, and we are not responsible for any loss of data or content resulting from platform outages or technical issues.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. For community members with registered accounts, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. Your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
